So I’ve tried a ton of workouts. This is mainly because I don’t have the willpower to stick with anything. But luckily for you I’ve made a run down of each of those workouts below.
- Pure Barre 5/10
I was not a big fan of pure barre. The exercises were complicated and was sometimes hard to follow a long. The next day I definitely felt it in my core so they were on to something.
2. Orange Theory 10/10
Orange theory is great because it takes simple exercises that anyone can do but pushes you to take it to the next level. Its high intensity and the tracking system they use pushes you to work harder so you can be in the “orange zone”.
3. Hot Yoga 8/10
Hot yoga is so stress-relieving but don’t think its the best workout. It definitely helps with flexibility and it’s nice to sweat out all the negativity in your life. Definitely recommend everyone tries it but if you’re looking for an intense workout this isn’t it.
4. Barre Code 6/10
I did a Barre Code Kickboxing class. It was a good class but it was easy to slack off. This is probably more of a personal problem though.
5. Title Kickboxing 8/10
Amazing workout but pushed me so hard that i felt sick. I would leave each class with heat rashes on my body and the need to vomit. Definitely recommend if you really want to kick your ass into shape. If you’re angry come beat the shit out of a bag. You’ll feel better.
6. Zumba 10/10
This is just plain fun. You don’t need to be a dance pro to follow a long and when the jams are good you can’t help but get in the zone.
7. Planet Fitness/General Gym 3/10
If you have no discipline like me don’t even bother. These are for highly self-motivated people. Despite that this is the cheapest option.
